We have our huge Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales coming up with discounts on all your swim essentials as well as savings on some amazing gift ideas for the swimmer in your family.
Our recommended last day for online orders to receive before the holidays is Dec 11th. If you do place your order after that date, we recommend that you select our Express shipping option. Last recommended day for express orders is Dec 18th. Please note that store pick up options take approximately 2-3 weeks as orders are filled by the warehouse and not the stores. Team portal orders are excluded from this. Please see your team portal for information.
Holiday Extended Return Policy
We are encouraging everyone to shop early again, and to also take advantage of our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales for their holiday shopping.
Our regular 30-day return policy will be extended until January 31st for all purchases bought after November 1st. Items with a discount of 30% and over are FINAL SALE. Size exchanges for final sale items are possible if inventory is available. Please contact info@team-aquatic.com for exchange instructions. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
The only change to our regular return policy will be the extension of the timeline, all regular rules apply - for full details see our return policy.

Order Process
If you are purchasing in preparation for the winter holiday, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed. We will try our very best to accommodate your needs during this busy time. If your order is time sensitive, please select an express option. Express orders skip the processing line and ship out faster. Store pick ups usually take 2-3 weeks. Processing orders may take 1-4 days depending on demand. In the rare occasion that we are missing an item on your order, we will contact you.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. For the duration of Black Friday and Cyber Monday orders cannot be edited, only cancelled.
