Health and safety are top priorities for us at Team Aquatic Supplies, not only for our customers but for our staff as well. As the COVID-19 situation progresses in Canada, at a national and at a local level, we all need to do our part in preventing the spread of the virus.

 

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and on the advice of Provincial and Federal Health Authorities, Team Aquatic Supplies is temporarily closing our Retail Locations, pending further notice. This unprecedented decision is made in an effort to help flatten the curve. 

 

During these closures, we do want to remind our customers that our online store is accessible 24/7 from the comfort of your home. The online store can also be used as an alternative to shopping at our retail locations if you are wanting to avoid public spaces. To help keep costs low for our customers who choose to shop online during this time, we will now be offering free shipping on any order over $75 (for a limited time). The limit was previously set to $150, but we would like to encourage our customers to explore our online store to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, so we have reduced the required order amount in order to eliminate any barrier to shopping online during this time.  

 

 

This is a fluid situation that we have never dealt with before and as such, we will be constantly reassessing the situation and making decisions with the best interest of our staff, customers, and swimming community as a whole.
