We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused in water, with tags, in original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Non-returnable items include ear plugs, nose plugs, caps, goggles, and snorkels. Team Portal merchandise and items discounted by 30% or more are final sale. When approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us.
