Please be aware that your team portal is not available year-round. It will only be open for approximately one week when your team selects it. Orders cannot be placed outside of this designated shopping window.

After the team portal closes and all orders are collected, we place a bulk order for the merchandise to be sent to our warehouse. Once the items arrive, they are shipped to various locations for customization and then returned to us. We pick and pack all orders, and depending on the chosen shipping method, they will be sent either to your home or to the club for self-distribution. Due to these multiple steps, processing takes approximately 6 weeks, and changes cannot be made once the portal has closed.

Your order will be ready approximately 6 weeks after the team portal closes. Delivery time varies depending on the items ordered. If your order includes multiple items, it will be shipped once all items have arrived.

No. These items have been specially customized and embroidered therefore they cannot be resold or exchanged. Prior to completing your order, please double and triple check all details are correct to avoid mistakes.

No, once the deadline passes, we immediately place our order with the vendors. Changes aren't possible without causing significant delays for your club.

You can add non-custom items to your cart, but please note that double shipping charges will apply. Custom items require approximately 4-6 weeks for processing, while non-custom items are in stock and typically ship within a few days. If you've paid for shipping, your non-custom items will be shipped first. However, if your club is picking up all team orders, your entire order will be fulfilled together.

If you're having trouble placing a custom and non-custom item order together, please split your order into two: one for custom items and another for non-custom items.

The portal will be open for approximately one week, as determined by the team. It is not available year-round because the screeners require high minimums for customization. The timing of your next team portal opening is determined by your team. Please contact your equipment manager directly for details.

Your team has opted not to include a name customization option. For consistency and cost reasons, we are unable to accommodate individual requests for name customization.

There’s no character limit for name customization. If your name is long, the size will be adjusted to fit. We can also include special characters like accents or hyphens.
