The short bladed Original Training Fin brings the centre of effort back to the foot, increasing leg strength and "muscle memory" while maintaining an elevated heart rate with a kicking motion specific to the flutter kick. The V channel edge creates a 'grip' on the water, maximizes kick drill results and development of neuromuscular memory. Like the standard short fin, this is a great option for those already comfortable with longer distances. Easy on the ankles due to soft material! A great fin to work yourself up to the elite Arena Powerpro Fin or DMC Elite Max fins as the blades are similar.

Great fins!

My 8 year old was complaining about a lot of leg fatigue with his old fins. When he needed a bigger size we opted for these and he hasn’t said anything about his legs hurting since! His coach also loves them. He says they are easier to get on and off and generally more comfortable. Will buy them again for sure!
