The ergonomically advanced design of the Agility Paddles helps teach swimmers the correct palm positive hand position. Due to the paddles strapless design, incorrect technique will cause the paddle to fall off the swimmer’s hand. The Agility Paddles’ convex design also promotes an early catch and reminds the swimmer to maintain an early vertical forearm position. This versatile paddle works for all four strokes and accommodates most hand sizes. Not only are the Agility Paddles durable, but the absence of straps makes them more comfortable for the swimmers and easier for coaches, who no longer have to hassle with broken straps during practice.

Easy on and off. I prefer no straps. With their ability to float, you can put each paddle on with its one hand. Sizing is important and there's a range of sizes. They are lightweight but strong. The shaped form is comfortable but still makes you execute the stroke correctly because you soon see that you need to pull with your hand at the right angle to avoid the paddle "flapping" as you pull.
I’ve used these paddles for several years and find them comfortable and easy to put on or take off quickly. I’ve never liked paddles with straps. The newer ones float which is a good idea. These paddles help my pulling hand position and swimming with them now seems almost effortless. I’ve ordered many sets for my family and others that I swim with too. I’m very pleased with this product.
I have been using these paddles for several months. They fit my hand very nicely and increase the area of resistance by a significant but not large amount. They stay on easily, as long as I pull correctly. I use them for my front crawl and back stroke. They increase the resistance noticeably, but not so much that I quickly tire. They are very good at making me much more conscious of my hand position and stroke. Even if I do something incorrect, they do not suddenly fly off my hand, as my thumb is securely through the hole. At the same time, it is very easy to flick them to the side if I want to use my hand. Definitely worth every penny.
I bought these on the weekend and used them for the first time this morning. I have a partial tear in my shoulder and can't do the front crawl (yet), so I've modified my swim to keep my arms under water. (think dog paddle but with arms only slightly bent at the elbow) The package says you'll know if your stroke is correct after one length of the pool because the paddle will shift and/or come off. I had no trouble keeping these in place while swimming. I wasn't sure how they'd work for me because I wanted more resistance but not so much that it would further injure my shoulder. I absolutely love these! They're small, compact, curved just right and I will be using them from now on!
