Holiday shopping can be stressful! Your Swim Experts at TAS have put together this helpful Holiday Shopping Guide to make sure you have a stress-free shopping experience with TAS!

1. Shop Early
   
   The global pandemic is still impacting many sectors in the supply chain, with product shortages and shipping delays being at the forefront. We want to make sure you receive your orders in time for the holidays, so we are encouraging all customer to SHOP EARLY this year!
   Our Ecommerce and Shipping teams are working crazy hard to process and ship out all your orders as quickly as possible, and they have provided us with some helpful guides on when to have your orders in to receive them in time for the holidays*.
   
   Our TAS recommended LAST DAY to place your order to receive in time for the Holidays (Dec 24^th)* is:
   December 13^th
   
   BC Customers: Unfortunately due to the natural disasters affecting the major transportation routes, we are unable to recommend GROUND shipping as an option for the holidays. We recommend all BC customers to select EXPRESS (Air) as the shipping option to have your packages arrive in time for the holidays (December 24^th)*.
   
   *some conditions apply, Team Aquatic Supplies cannot guarantee delivery by certain dates, we can only provide recommendations based on average delivery times of our shipments combined with current national logistic delays.
   
   
   
   
2. Express Shipping Options
   
   Left your Holiday Shopping to the last minute? no problem!
   We do offer Express Shipping options for all orders.
   Express Shipping takes, on average, about 3 business days for delivery.
   Please also keep in mind that orders can take up to 72 hours to process during peak periods.
   ETAs for Express Shipments would be up to 6 business days in total. Our last recommended day for orders to be delivered by Christmas is the 13^th even for express shipping options as well, but there is a higher chance that express shipments will arrive before the 24^th. No guarantees.
   
   
3. Gift Certificates

7. Returns/Exchanges
   
   We are trying to encourage all our customers to shop early this year to help ensure everyone gets their orders delivered in time for the holiday, but what if you purchased a gift for someone and they aren’t able to return it before the 30 day return period is over?
   
   No worries! We got you covered!
   
   We understand with COVID and everyone’s busy schedules over the holidays that you might not make it to return or exchange your holiday purchase within the 30 days, so to help you out we will be extending our regular return policy to ease the return/exchange process after the holidays!
   Any purchases made from 11/15/2021 to 12/31/2021 will have the return/exchange period extended to 01/31/2022!
